Click Dashboard. By default, today's logs. Pick any other date range up top. Normal is the fast path; Advanced adds every captured field, for deep audits. Hit Load Logs. Below, a live tally of every outcome and every channel: calls, SMS, WhatsApp, Email, Live Agent transfers, all in one strip. Click a button to toggle; click again to bring it back. Hold Command, or Control on Windows, to isolate one bucket; Command-click to release. Click a header to sort. Click again to flip. And once more to clear. Right-click any column header. Filter opens a multi-condition builder. Match all, or any. Pick a column, an operator, a value, and stack as many as you need. Apply, and the filter takes effect instantly. Clear filters. Click a chat bubble on any row to see the full conversation, every turn in context. Close, and you are right back. Hide a column you do not need. Export to CSV, JSON, or Excel. Save a named view; hidden columns, sort, and quality toggles are all kept. Click Analytics for the big picture: hourly usage, answer quality, countries, response times, conversation length and quality, model usage, channel breakdown, RAG versus Google sources, token usage, accuracy trends, and user engagement. The whole story, at a glance. Switch to dark theme for long review sessions. That is the Chat Dashboard. Every channel, every conversation, fully exportable. Catch you in the next one.
