SMS and voice with Twilio

Let your customers call or text your Guru on your own Twilio number. Sign in to your admin console and we will connect one. Click Channels, then Add Twilio number, and the dialog offers to connect your Twilio account with a single button. Click it, sign in to Twilio, approve InstantAIguru, and you are back here with nothing to copy or paste. Use a number that is ready, or enter an area code, search, choose one and confirm. Twilio bills about a dollar fifteen a month. Name the line, pick the language for calls, and keep both calls and texts checked to answer both on this number. Click Start answering on this number and approve the billing change. On a free trial, lines are billed once you subscribe. Calls are answered right away. Texts need your business registered with US carriers, and this form files it with Twilio for you. Copy its three texts onto your Text us, terms and privacy pages and check them. Carriers usually take a few days. Registering asks you to confirm Twilio's fees, nineteen dollars fifty once, plus a small monthly charge. Your number now shows under both Text messages and Phone calls. Open a phone line's settings, where a custom greeting plays as soon as a call connects. Deployment context tells your Guru how to speak on calls, such as keeping answers brief. To hand callers to a person, enter a live agent number here. An optional message before the transfer invites callers to stay with your Guru. Once you add hours, service hours limit transfers to the times a person is actually there to answer.
